Dr. Blaine joined the Department of Psychological Sciences at Auburn University as an Assistant Professor in 2019. Her research examines how genes and neural networks influence the development of alcoholism under conditions of stress. She teaches Introduction to Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Behavioral Neuroscience. She is the 2022 Recipient of Auburn University Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award.
